If you are not satisfied with our services or products, the buyer has the right to request a refund from us. Our refund policy is as follows:

The buyer is entitled to receive a refund for the purchased product in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy (“Refund Policy”). This Refund Policy is applicable only for the time periods set forth herein and is subject to the requirements set forth herein.

Returns and Refunds

If you would like a refund for our products, then:

Submit a formal written request via email to service@shop.51waimao.com .

The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. If we receive the product after 30 days from the date of shipment, it will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the product, the shipping fee + transaction fee + packaging fee will be deducted from your amount, and if the product is free of any type of damage, the remaining amount will be transferred to your account.

Third, if we receive the product after 30 days from the date of delivery, it will not be accepted.

Receiving Your Refund

• Once we receive the returned CNC machine and/or parts, our customer service team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund.

• If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned CNC machine and/or parts.

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Upon receipt of your return, if the product is not damaged in any way, the refund will be transferred to your account.

• If payment was made by credit card/debit card/net banking, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card/debit card/net banking account provided at the time of purchase. If a payment gateway was used, the refund will be credited back to the same account.

• If you paid via Paypal, the refund will be credited to your account within 2 hours. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
